Fantastic fundraiser. Thank you to everyone who came and supported the project. The band were fabulous and lots of Leve Nights bopping going on. Thanks to Les for his help and support. Last but not least we raised an amazing £2700.50!! Fantastic

Week in a Lake District Cottage

Foxhole is a two-bedroom end of terrace cottage with small garden, situated in the heart of Threlkeld village. Keswick is only three miles and can be reached on foot by walking along the old railway line. Good bus service through the village, nearest station Penrith.

2 bedrooms – 1 double, 1 with bunkbeds – sleeps up to 4 in total

Week in an apartment in Spain

A spacious flat with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single in Almoradi, (midway between Alicante and Murcia)

Almoradi is a typical Spanish town. with a good market, a picturesque central square and good bars and restaurants.  It is about a 30 minute drive from Alicante airport and is 20 minutes from the coast.

This is not a flat in a seaside resort. There is no pool (although there is a municipal pool nearby) and you will need a car to get there – Alicante is the nearest airport.

Meal for up to 6

The meal for six can be on any night of the week, by arrangement with the chef, Ryan Cooper.

Ryan specialises in Modern British and French cooking, and has been a chef on surf camps in Spain, on camps in Australia, and a head Chef in hotels in the French Alps for 3 winters.

Yoga – 6 week block

The bidder can sign up for up to 6 consecutive weeks ( start date from September onwards as the class finishes in mid July) at Ellen’s Iyengar Yoga class at Inspire.

The class is 6.30pm – 8.00pm on a Monday night , excluding school holidays.

The class is geared towards beginners and those who wish to pursue Iyengar level at a reasonable level – many participants have been attending for 5+ years.

Over 70 tickets sold already – its looking like it will be a very successful fundraiser and an fantastic evening to boot!!
